Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Packing and labeling

  • Preparing the package for shipment

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information.


Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, including some islands and military bases. Estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland U.S.: 5-7 business days

  • Remote areas or islands: 7-10 business days (subject to carrier)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are consistent with store backend settings. Free shipping applies only to orders meeting the minimum purchase requirement.


Package Tracking & Notifications
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time.

Important Notes on Shipping:

  1. Correct Address: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or returned.

  2. Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact service@velimyak.store immediately. We will assist you with claims or replacement as needed.

  3. Restricted Locations: Orders cannot be shipped outside the U.S. mainland, except for approved islands and military bases.


Return Shipping Address

  • Returns should not be sent back to the original shipping address printed on your package.

  • After submitting a return request, the dedicated return address will be provided via email.

  • Always include your order number and reason for return in the package to ensure proper processing.

  1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    • Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

    • Free shipping applies to individual orders meeting the minimum order value ($80.00). Orders must be combined before checkout to qualify.
